We are hiring an Assistant Vice President / Vice President – HR to work closely with the CHRO & leadership team to drive our People Strategy, scale leadership capability, and build organization readiness for our next phase of hypergrowth and global expansion. This is a key role for a strategic, execution-strong HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
Key Responsibilities :
People Strategy & Org Design
Partner CHRO & other CXOs to execute the 3–5-year People Strategy.
Drive org design, workforce planning & capability building for new businesses and geographies.
Lead people workstreams for M&A - due diligence, culture and structure integration, leadership assessment and post merge integration plans
Leadership & Talent Management
Build leadership pipelines, succession plans, and critical role readiness.
Strengthen leadership hiring and talent development across technology, product, sales & business.
Performance, Culture & Engagement
Elevate performance systems (OKRs, quarterly reviews, calibration).
Drive culture programs that reinforce ownership, speed, collaboration & customer-first mindset.
Total Rewards & Governance
Partner on compensation benchmarking, sales incentives, and ESOP governance.
Strengthen rewards structures aligned to growth & profitability.
HR Systems, Data & Process Excellence
Enhance HRMS, analytics, policies & scalable HR processes.
Improve operational governance, compliance & audit readiness.
Who We’re Looking For :
12–15 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to high-growth or tech-led environments.
Experience in SaaS, Fintech, Product, BFSI or fast-scaling organizations preferred.
Strength in org design, leadership hiring, performance & culture building.
Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management & execution excellence.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership, data-driven culture.
