Staff and operations management

Hire train and supervise salon staff.

Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Resolve staff disputes and manage employee performance.

Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.

Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures.

Client and customer relations

Manage client appointments and ensure high-quality service.

Address and resolve client complaints and concerns.

Handle client payments and maintain customer records.

Promote a welcoming and positive atmosphere for clients.

Financial and administrative duties

Manage salon finances including payroll expenses and profits.

Track inventory and order new products and supplies.

Maintain accurate financial and sales reports.

Marketing and business growth
