Investment Credit Analyst

Investment Analyst / Associate – Private Credit & Growth Debt We’re looking for an Investment Analyst / Associate to support our senior investment team across origination, evaluation, execution, syndication, and portfolio monitoring . The role offers full-cycle exposure to venture debt and private credit transactions across diverse sectors.

What You’ll Do

Evaluate & Execute Deals : Prepare investment memos, conduct financial and business due diligence, support underwriting, structuring, and end-to-end transaction execution.

Origination Support : Perform market / sector research, track borrower / sponsor activity, and assist in managing stakeholder relationships.

Portfolio Monitoring : Analyse portfolio performance, track covenants, prepare reviews and dashboards, and flag early warning indicators.

• Internal Collaboration : Work with legal, risk, and operations teams;

support fund reporting,investor updates, and portfolio reviews.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in investment management, credit analysis, banking, consulting, or corporate finance.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with familiarity in financial statements and credit underwriting.

exposure to modelling / valuation is a plus.

Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and comfortable working in lean teams.
