Product Designer (Web) Location : GurugramType : Full-TimeExperience : 1-2 YearsAbout Avici Avici is a fintech startup changing the way people use stablecoins. Our platform enables easy spending and saving through an integrated DEFI wallet & Visa credit card.Our purpose is to decrease the influence of central banks by building distributed internet banking infrastructure.Role Overview We’re looking for a Product Designer who can craft simple, elegant, and intuitive user experiences across our web product . You’ll work closely with the founders and engineering team to translate complex fintech and Web3 flows into clean, minimal interfaces that users love.Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end responsive web experiences for dashboards, wallets, and product flows.Work closely with founders, product, and engineering to shape user journeys.Convert user journeys and requirements into clean UI flows and prototypes.Build and maintain reusable components ; contribute to Avici’s design system.Collaborate on quick experiments, A / B tests , and product iterations.Ensure visual consistency across platforms with a modern, minimal, high-contrast design style.Requirements 1–2 years of hands-on Product / Web Design experience.Experience designing for dashboards, fintech, or SaaS products.Proficiency in Figma , with the ability to create scalable design systems.Solid understanding of UX fundamentals , layout, hierarchy, and interaction flows.Comfortable with Design Thinking , user-centered problem solving, and delivering user research insights.Ability to conduct and apply User Research to improve product decisions.Eye for minimal, modern, high-contrast design.Perks Work directly with the founding team and influence product direction.Ownership of core product experiences in a high-growth fintech startup.Opportunity to design in a cutting-edge Web3 + finance environment.Competitive compensation and ESOP opportunities.
