Job description

Responsibilities :

Assist customers with travel-related queries via phone / email / chat for domestic airline services.
Provide accurate information on bookings, cancellations, and flight updates.
Ensure timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements :

Qualification : Undergraduates or Graduates (Freshers can apply).

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).

Age : 18-28 years preferred;

ability to work in rotational shifts.

Freshers with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn in the travel sector.

Salary & Benefits :

Take Home Salary : 16,500 per month.

Process Incentives : Up to 5,000 based on performance.

Additional Perks : Free Flight Tickets after completing 6 months, One-sided Cab Facility.

6 days working with rotational shifts and offs.
