About the Role

We’re seeking a Total Rewards & HR Operations Leader to design, enhance, and deliver equitable compensation, benefits, and people-operations programs for a fast-growing IT Services business. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring our HR infrastructure scales effectively while fostering a workplace where every team member can thrive.

You will partner closely with People Leaders, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Executive Leadership to deliver fair, data-informed systems that strengthen our ability to attract, engage, and retain high-performing, diverse talent.

What You’ll Do

Total Rewards Strategy & Delivery

• Develop and maintain a competitive, inclusive, and market-aligned global compensation framework.
• Lead annual compensation cycles (salary reviews, merit cycles, bonus programs) using data-driven methodologies and transparent communication.
• Manage salary benchmarking, job leveling, and career architecture aligned with Data & Analytics job families.
• Evaluate and enhance benefits programs that support employee wellbeing and choice across diverse needs and life stages.
• Partner with Finance to build cost models and forecast compensation program impacts.
