Full Stack Developer

THE ROLE :

We are looking for an adaptive, self-motivated senior systems engineer to join our growing team. As a key contributor, you will have a strong technical background to contribute to all aspects of the software development process. In this role, you will have full ownership of requirements delivery and drive projects to completion.

The Person

You're a highly motivated team player with a strong development background, problem solving mentality, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks along with willingness to learn and adapt. Excellent teamwork skills and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development : Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Build robust, secure, and scalable back-end services using Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or similar technologies. Create and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and microservices.
• System Architecture & Design : Design application architecture, data models, and service integrations. Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate on technical specifications, user stories, and design documents.
• Database & Storage : Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.). Optimize queries, design schemas, and maintain data integrity. Implement caching, indexing, and performance tuning.
• DevOps, CI / CD & Cloud Deploy applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Implement CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools. Containerize applications using Docker and manage environments using Kubernetes.
• Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers. Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros). Maintain technical documentation, API references, and architectural diagrams.
