About the Role :
We're looking for a dynamic, strategic leader to spearhead our B2B vertical across India. This is a high-impact, core leadership role responsible for client acquisition, revenue growth, credit management, operational excellence, and full P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connects in the car after-sales ecosystem and experience working with OEM service networks.
What Youll Do :
- Define and execute the B2B growth strategy across OEM service centers, fleets, garages, etc.
- Own and manage the entire P&L for B2B vertical
- Drive national-level enterprise sales and strategic partnerships
- Lead account development, client onboarding, and credit control
- Enforce SOPs, compliance, and ensure seamless operations
- Build and manage a high-performing pan-India B2B sales team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, legal & customer success teams
- Provide strategic market insights and drive innovation
