This Role is the Study Reach, a sister concern of AECC Global.

Study Reach is a B2B ed tech International Student Recruitment organization. Our platform facilitates seamless connections and transactions between educational institutions and recruitment agents, guaranteeing the ideal student placement for their specific requirements.

Founded in 2022 in Australia, Study Reach is a simplified application admission platform driving the growth of international student recruitment across global study destinations, including the USA, UK, Australia, Europe, Canada, Ireland, and New Zealand.

As the Sales Head, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the presence of StudyReach in the international student recruitment industry.

You will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team, building strong relationships with recruitment partners, and ensuring the successful enrollment of international students across diverse regions.

Your focus will be on strategic planning, performance management, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business goals, while setting clear performance targets for the team.
  • Monitor progress, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching to enhance individual performance.
  • Lead initiatives to boost international student enrollment across diverse regions, collaborating with admissions and support teams for a streamlined process.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve outreach strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key recruitment partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and international educators to strengthen StudyReach's brand presence.
  • Represent the StudyReach brand in the market, leading presentations and promotional activities to boost brand awareness.
  • Utilize social selling techniques, including LinkedIn, to engage with target audiences and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively address and resolve escalated agent or customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Effectively manage conflicts and deliver timely solutions in collaboration with other departments.
  • Utilize sales data to evaluate team performance and implement strategies to bridge any performance gaps.

Qualifications and Experience :

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (master's degree in a relevant field is a plus).
  • Experience :

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in international student recruitment, higher education institutions, or related fields.
  • Atleast have 4-5 years of in B2B Ed- tech industry
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a sales team, preferably in the international education or student recruitment industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the international student marketplace, including key challenges and trends.
  • Key Skills :

  • Strong ability to drive sales performance, set targets, and manage sales teams.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex negotiations with partners and clients.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for professional networking and outreach.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and devise strategies to optimize recruitment efforts.
