Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Engineer at JustCopy.AI. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform. Your day-to-day tasks will include coding, problem-solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will also be involved in setting technical direction, ensuring best practices, and mentoring junior developers. As a Founding Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product and technology stack.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software development, coding, and debugging
• Experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Experience with cloud services and deployment (e.G., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in startup environments is a plus
• Knowledge of best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies
