Key Responsibilities Recruitment (One-Time Hiring Drive) Screen and shortlist candidates for sales roles through job portals, calls, and social platforms
Conduct interviews to assess communication, confidence, negotiation skills, and objection-handling ability
Coordinate selection and onboarding of 21 sales executives (3 teams × 7)
Ensure new hires adopt scripts and sales process from Day 1
Sales Training & Coaching (Ongoing Responsibility) Conduct daily or weekly sales training sessions
Prepare and update sales scripts and responses based on new objections
provide corrective feedback
Conduct mock calls and role plays for confidence building
Train team in : Client need analysis
Objection handling
Rapport building
Urgency & decision-making skills
Closing techniques & follow-up strategy
Create new sales tactics to increase revenue every month
Track improvement of each salesperson with a structured evaluation sheet
Performance Support Work closely with Team Leaders to monitor KPIs and conversion
Support low-performing team members with targeted sessions
Push high-performers to exceed targets with new strategies
Ideal Candidate Experience : Minimum 2–6 years in sales training / sales coaching / inside-sales team development

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, public speaking & motivation skills
