Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and relationship management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support
  • Manage and coordinate the VP’s daily calendar, meetings .
  • Screen calls, manage correspondence, and prioritize requests for the VP
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and briefing documents
  • Maintain confidential records and files
  • Operational & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate communication across departments and external stakeholders
  • Handle email management and follow-ups on behalf of the VP
  • Track project timelines and ensure key deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Support in data gathering and analysis for executive reporting
  • Oversee office activities and administrative logistics
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as point of contact between VP and internal / external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationship with senior leadership teams, partners & vendors
  • Coordinate executive-level meetings, events, and business reviews

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 1 - 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Core Skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Strong organizational & time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & calendar tools
  • Professional presence and ability to interact with senior executives
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in corporate or leadership support role
  • Knowledge of business operations and executive communication
