Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and the ability to quickly adapt to new advertising platforms. Experience in marketing analytics tools and detailed reporting is essential. Experience with multi-channel ad targeting is a must
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and emerging ad platforms
- Conduct audience research, keyword planning, ad copy testing, and conversion optimization
- Manage budgets and maximize ROI across all performance channels
- Implement tracking using GA4 and Tag Manager to ensure accurate attribution
- Analyze performance metrics using Analytics, Mixpanel, Excel / Sheets, etc.
- Create weekly / monthly dashboards, insights reports, and growth recommendations
- Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives
- Run A / B tests across funnels and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and automation tools
- Have Ads Copywriting experience
Requirements
2+ years of proven experience in Performance MarketingStrong command over Google Ads , Meta Ads , GA4 , and Google Tag ManagerProficiency in Excel / Sheets , Analytics tools , and Mixpanel reportingUnderstanding of attribution models, bidding strategies & pixel eventsAbility to learn and scale new ad platforms quickly (e.g., , Quora, X, etc.)Experience in lead generation or e-commerce performance campaigns preferredKey Skills
