Senior Wedding Planner

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end planning, design, and execution of luxury weddings and high-scale events.

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, style, and preferences to curate personalized experiences.

Supervise and guide the planning team, interns, and on-ground coordinators throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and checklists ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Manage vendor relationships — including décor, hospitality, F&B, production, entertainment, and logistics.

Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and coordination sessions with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure flawless execution during events, managing real-time problem-solving and guest experience.

Oversee documentation, reports, and post-event debriefs to evaluate project performance.

Maintain brand standards, client confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.

Key Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in wedding planning or luxury event management.

Proven track record of handling premium destinations and large-scale weddings.

Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.

Willingness to travel across India and internationally for projects.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Luxury Brand Management, or related field preferred.
