Assistant Manager Outlet

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager for our outlet in Visakhapatnam India. As a key member of our food and beverage team you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet maintaining high standards of food quality service and cleanliness
• Assist in managing and motivating the team to achieve performance goals and maintain customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service and increasing revenue
• Monitor inventory levels place orders and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist in creating staff schedules and managing labor costs
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills
• Participate in menu planning and pricing strategies
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment for staff and customers
