Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management tasks, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Daily tasks include supporting HR activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits Skills in Personnel Management Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Chennai Proficiency with HR software and tools is a plus Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field
