Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid (mostly remote) role for a Personal Assistant, located in Vapi. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for daily tasks such as managing diaries, providing executive administrative assistance, and handling clerical duties. This role requires excellent communication skills to coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth operations. The Personal Assistant will play a key role in supporting the executive team and maintaining efficiency within the office.

• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
