• Tool Management : Oversee the administration and configuration of HP ALM / Octane tools to support project and test management activities.
• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for tool usage and enhancements.
• Process Optimization : Analyze current processes and workflows recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using ALM / Octane.
• Training and Support : Provide training and support to users ensuring they are proficient in using ALM / Octane tools for their project and testing needs.
• Reporting and Analysis : Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within ALM / Octane to provide insights into project and testing progress.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with project managers QA teams and IT staff to ensure alignment of tool capabilities with business objectives.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that ALM / Octane configurations and processes adhere to quality standards and best practices.
