About the Role
We are seeking a Core IT Recruiter to drive end‑to‑end hiring for corporate technology roles. This position is central to building strong IT teams across enterprise functions, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience, and acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. You will partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to design sourcing strategies that deliver top IT talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate IT roles (infrastructure, applications, enterprise systems, cloud, security, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver targeted sourcing strategies.
- Provide market insights on IT talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.
- Ensure process excellence by applying evidence‑based recruitment practices and leveraging ATS tools (Workday preferred).
- Act as a project manager for recruitment campaigns, ensuring timelines, data quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university.8–12 years of experience in IT recruitment , with strong exposure to corporate technology roles.Expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates for IT domains such as cloud, DevOps, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity.Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (Workday preferred).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
