Visual Communications Lead

Summary :

We are looking for a creative and experienced Sr. Pitch Deck Designer to be a part of our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ideating, conceptualizing, and designing high-quality visual output, including hands-on work.

The candidate should be passionate and creative, with the ability to contribute independently while working with the Lead Visual Designer.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing projects that include creative pitch deck design, developing Qcept's social media posts design, building marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, event presentations and more.

Relevant professional experience should range between 2–8 years.

Key responsibilities :

• Design execution and delivery : Support the creative vision and assist in the execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Innovation and trends : Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Gemini to accelerate image creation and enhance creative workflows.
• Project contribution : Contribute to the design process from concept to delivery, creating pitch decks, brochures, social media posts, event presentations and other marketing materials.
• Quality assurance : Maintain high standards of quality control, reviewing all design work before it is presented to clients.
• Innovation and trends : Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to continuously improve our design services.

Skills :

CTC range : 5 lakhs to 12 lakhs per annum (depending on candidate strength and roles & responsibilities the person can handle)

Experience : 2-8 years.
