Investment Banking Associate

Job Title : Sr. Associate - Global Investment Banking

Location : Delhi NCR / Bangalore

Work Experience : 4 to 9 years

Qualification : MBA (Finance) / CFA L2 (USA)

Ideal candidate should :

be a self-starter, who can make sense out of ambiguity

possess a calm demeanor and ability to handle pressure situations

have ability to effectively communicate with CEOs and investment bankers from large companies and investment banks

have the ability to lead a team of 3-5 analysts

possess superior report writing, communication and presentation skills

have good understanding of accounts, financial statements, and valuation methodologies

possess a strong eye for detail and ability to multitask

be willing to work in situations that will entail tight deadlines

Work responsibilities :

• Develop investment pro-forma & financial models;
• research & analyze financial data;

develop financial & narrative reports & prepare comparable analyses

Conduct research, analyze information obtained from various channels and prepare valuation reports

Review the work of team members to make sure that it is client ready

Interact with investments professionals overseas and act as a point of contact for clients

Train / educate new / junior team members
