Job descriptionLead the functioning of HRMS system. Ensure smooth integration of employee data. Oversee system usage, training, and continuous improvements. Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing. Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate salary disbursement and compliance. Handle statutory deductions, leave reconciliations, and payroll data audits. Drive hiring strategies to fulfill staffing needs across departments. Manage the entire recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer rollouts. Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and build strong pipelines. Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and HR concerns. Foster a positive and supportive remote work environment. Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Minimum 8 years of HR experience with exposure to both operations and strategic HR. Proven experience in payroll management and HRMS implementation. Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Flexible remote work environment. Opportunity to build and lead HR systems from the ground up. Work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping the company's culture and operations.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and streamline our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy and execution, with the ability to build efficient processes, manage end-to-end HR functions, and support a growing team. This role is fully remote and requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating across departments.
