Business Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Report to the COE and be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through data cleansing preparation analysis and visualization .
• Work directly with requestors to understand objectives and refine requirements for reports or dashboards.
• Collaborate with requestors to translate business needs into potential solutions.
• Understand the end-to-end process and source systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI ; process mining visualization using Celonis is also part of the role.
• Utilize data sources such as Snowflake Data Marts SharePoint .
• Develop and implement finance data governance frameworks and ensure data quality and compliance.

Candidate Requirements

Strong understanding of data exploration and visualization technologies.

Problem-solving statistical logical and analytical skills.
