Job Description :
We are seeking a Sales Trainer with a strong background in core sales who has transitioned into a training role. The ideal candidate brings hands-on sales experience and a passion for enabling high-performance sales teams through structured training programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver effective sales training modules
- Conduct on-the-job training, role-plays, and live coaching to strengthen selling skills
- Shadow sales reps across the country and provide real-time feedback and improvement plans
- Offer ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and skill gap analysis
- Train the sales team on the entire franchise sales life-cycle, including lead qualification, discovery calls, managing expectations, franchise offering presentations, closing, and post-sale support.
- Ensure all sales reps have a strong understanding of the franchise model, franchisee expectations, and how to present the opportunity effectively.
- Align training content with business goals and current market dynamics
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive sales effectiveness
- Track training effectiveness and report on key sales performance metrics
Desired Candidate Profile :
MBA with 8-12 years of experience in Sales and Sales TrainingWilling to travel extensively across regionsPreferably experienced in franchise sales or concept / enterprise-level sellingStrong background in developing training content, on-the-job coaching and hands-on trainingExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training programs
