Position Summary

The Head of Project Management leads the overall project management function, overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of strategic programs across the organization. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership , ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget .

The incumbent will manage a team of project managers, establish best practices, and drive operational excellence, governance, and client satisfaction across all project portfolios. This position also serves as a senior liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and internal operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), developing frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure consistent project delivery.
• Collaborate with business leadership to define project management strategy, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development to a team of Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Represent the function in executive meetings, strategic reviews, and business planning sessions.
