Job descriptionExtensive hands-on experience with Jira Software and Jira Service Management. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles. Proficiency in Jira administration, configuration, and customization. Familiarity with Jira add-ons and integrations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Atlassian certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Professional) are a plus.
Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert support for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and other Jira product implementations.
- Analyze and assess client requirements to design tailored Jira solutions.
- Install, configure, and customize Jira products to meet organizational needs.
- Create and maintain documentation for Jira processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful Jira adoption.
- Optimize existing Jira instances for improved efficiency, scalability, and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Jira-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest Atlassian product updates and industry trends.
