Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Counsellor to join our Admissions Department. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a student-focused environment, has a flair for counselling, and can convert interest into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed counselling sessions with prospective students and parents to guide them on program choices, admission procedures, and career prospects.
• Achieve enrolment targets through timely follow-ups, enquiry handling, and conversion strategies.
• Participate in outreach activities such as education fairs, seminars, school visits, and campus tours.
• Maintain accurate and updated enquiry, follow-up, and admission records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure aligned communication and promotional efforts.
• Stay informed about institutional programs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
