Job descriptionGood understanding of business & its functionalities in general and service industry. Deep knowledge of Adult Learning principles and techniques to engage participants in the virtual and F2F environment. Expertise in TNA processes. Knowledgeable in various Learning Best Practices within the industry. In-depth Knowledge of Leadership & Behavioral Concepts. Excellent facilitation (both in the virtual and F2F environment) and organizational development skills targeted towards employees across levels.
Manager - Global Organization Development (1- 4 Yrs)
Shift : UK ( 2 pm onwards)
- Develop, implement and facilitate training programs (Behavioral, Leadership and Managerial) for target audience
- Help improve and build the Organization Development culture and vision in the process
- Assist with the deployment of strategic plans around people development to support business
- Design learning strategies to fill needs as identified through analysis and in partnership with Operations and the Process Leadership Team
- Work experience >1 year experience in the area of behavioral and leadership training.
