Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Manufacturing domain and deep understanding of SAP modules & processes . The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, map processes, and drive solution delivery across SAP and data analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business teams to gather requirements, prepare BRDs, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to validate data, prepare documentation, conduct testing, and support UAT.
• Map business processes to SAP processes and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Define solutions for Data Analytics, Reporting, and AI-based insights .
• Prepare detailed presentations and process flows, ensuring alignment with SAP structure and business needs.
• Support SAP ERP processes across SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, S / 4HANA, Ariba, CFIN , etc.
• Understand data modeling concepts and work with SQL queries for validations and analysis.
• Ensure successful delivery of solution components with strong ownership and accountability.
• Work in Agile environments following Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and XP principles.
• Demonstrate strong business process acumen and ability to connect processes to data architecture.
• Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues across projects and workflows.
