We are seeking an M&A Analyst to support investment evaluation, financial modeling, and deal execution. This role offers hands-on exposure to private equity–style transactions and is ideal for early-career finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct company, market, and industry research.
- Build and update financial models and prepare analytical summaries.
- Coordinate due diligence items, data rooms, and transaction documentation.
- Support the preparation of presentations and Board materials.
- Assist with closing activities and handover to internal teams.
- Update portfolio performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
