Job descriptionAct as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions . Drive initiatives across SPM modules : PPM, demand, project, resource management, strategic planning, and EAP. Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder sessions to ensure clarity and alignment. Break down complex concepts into clear deliverables and actionable steps. 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform. Strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (PPM, demand, project, resource management, strategic planning, EAP). Knowledge of Agile methodologies , especially SAFe . Familiarity with CSDM and overall ServiceNow platform capabilities. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences. Experience in leading workshops, preparing demos , and working in large transformation projects . A team player with a positive attitude and open mindset.
