Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Lithography Engineer for our quantum processor fabrication line. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electron-beam lithography, optical lithography, resist processing, and nanofabrication techniques used in superconducting device fabrication. You will work closely with device designers and process integration engineers to develop lithography steps for advanced devices, multi-layer metal stacks, and high-yield layouts.
Requirements
MSc / M.Tech / PhD Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field with a focus on quantum mechanics or quantum technology.
MSc / M.Tech / PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Nanotechnology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with e-beam lithography systems, OPC, alignment strategies, and high-resolution patterning .
Experience with optical lithography, photoresists, lift-off processes, and multi-layer alignment .
Understanding of superconducting device fabrication, and sub-100 nm lithography is a plus.
Strong knowledge of resist chemistry, development optimization, and CD (critical dimension) control .
Familiarity with metrology tools (SEM, CD-SEM, AFM, ellipsometry) .
Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Strong documentation, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
