T ype : Full-Time (Hybrid)
Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube .
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Manage end-to-end campaign setup : strategy → creatives → execution → optimization.
Monitor campaign performance daily using dashboards and analytics tools.
Optimize CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Develop A / B tests for ads, landing pages, and funnels.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving best practices.
Required Skills Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads .
Strong understanding of performance metrics : CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV.
Proficiency in tools :
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Meta Business Suite
SEMrush / Ahrefs (preferred)
Excel / Sheets for reporting
Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns profitably.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Ability to create conversion-focused ad funnels.
Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
Experience in B2B , D2C, SaaS, education, or service-based industries is a plus.
Basic understanding of landing page optimization tools (Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress).
Ability to think creatively while making data-backed decisions.
