Job descriptionDevelop and enhance cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart Build UI components following clean, scalable architecture Integrate REST APIs and real-time data sources Debug issues, optimize performance, and fix bugs Work closely with product and design teams to implement new features Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and rapid iterations Maintain clean code, documentation, and best practices Foundational knowledge of Flutter, Dart , and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.) Experience building personal or demo Flutter apps Understanding of Firebase, local storage, or basic backend concepts Familiarity with Git or version control basics Interest in AI, automation, and mobile-first SaaS products Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Hands-on Flutter development experience on live products Exposure to AI-powered mobile workflows across multiple industries Direct mentorship from YC-backed founders and senior engineers Opportunity to ship real features used by actual customers Fast-paced learning and immediate ownership Clear path to grow into a full-time Engineer role Full-time : Minimum 35 hours per week High-velocity, high-ownership environment Remote-friendly with daily check-ins Submit your application Receive a short Flutter starter kit + coding guidelines Complete a small take-home Flutter task (1–3 hours) Quick decision — we move fast

Role Overview — Paid Flutter Developer Trainee (Full-Time, 35+ hrs / week)
We are hiring Trainee Flutter Developers to support mobile app development across our AI SaaS portfolio. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates, self-taught developers, or career switchers eager to build cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
You’ll help build new features, improve app performance, integrate APIs, and ship fast iterations.
This position requires a minimum weekly commitment of 35 hours .
