• Experience : 4–10 years
• Core Module : ITSM (mandatory base experience).
• AI Skills in ServiceNow :
• Virtual Agent
• Now Assist
• NLU (Natural Language Understanding)
• AG&T (Agentic AI concepts)
• Incident summarization & custom AI use cases (e.g., summarizing knowledge articles).
• Integration Skills : General integration experience is also expected.
• Focus : Someone who understands how to use and customize ServiceNow AI features for end users and developers.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer / Consultant to design and implement intelligent workflows and AI-powered features within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, combined with experience or understanding of AI / ML technologies such as predictive intelligence, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
