Cleanroom Operations Specialists

We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated Cleanroom Operations Specialists who will play a key role in our semiconductor workforce training centers in Gurugram. You will work in an ultra-clean environment, ensuring compliance with cleanroom standards while training technicians and operators to excel in cleanroom operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Cleanroom Integrity : Oversee daily cleanroom operations to maintain compliance with ISO-certified cleanliness standards.
• Train and Mentor : Provide hands-on training in cleanroom safety protocols, contamination control, and wafer handling techniques to trainees and operators enrolled in our programs.
• Equipment Validation : Operate, calibrate, and monitor semiconductor manufacturing tools (etching, lithography, and deposition).
• Compliance and Documentation : Monitor and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleanroom safety and contamination control. Maintain accurate records of operations, processes, and inspections.
• Contamination Control : Conduct inspections and audits to identify and minimize particulate contamination risks.
• Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and training teams to achieve operational excellence in fab environments.
• Continuous Improvement : Provide process improvement recommendations and share best practices to train workforce talent effectively.
