Role Description – Account Executive :

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Himmatnagar.

The Account Executive will handle daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, process invoices, and support the finance team in accurate reporting. The role includes reconciliations, vendor coordination, data entry, and assisting in monthly closing and audit activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts
• Process vendor invoices, receipts, and payments
• Prepare and verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Handle bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
• Assist in month-end closing, MIS reporting, and audits
• Maintain proper documentation and follow accounting controls
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve financial discrepancies
