Lead, EMEA Payroll Operations

The opportunity

Join Unitys Global Payroll Team supporting more than 4200 employees across 28 countries. As the Payroll lead for the EMEA region you will oversee payroll operations ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions and serve as the subject matter expert for all payroll-related activities.

We are seeking a proven operational leader with experience in managing complex multi-country payrolls and driving process excellence. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Unitys global payroll strategy and operational success.

What youll be doing

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for multiple EMEA countries (including France Finland Denmark Spain and the UK) ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery.
• Manage and develop a team of payroll specialists fostering high performance accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR Finance and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll execution strong governance and effective issue resolution.
• Oversee compliance and controls including SOX requirements audits reconciliations and adherence to internal policies.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements implementing automation and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices.
