About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and experienced Tele-caller with at least 1 year of experience in the IT domain. The candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining communication with potential and existing customers for our IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s IT services.

Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to clients.

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales / business development team.

Maintain and update customer database and follow-up records.

Explain IT service offerings clearly and professionally to clients.

Follow scripts, handle objections, and ensure high-conversion communication.

Achieve daily / weekly / monthly call and lead targets.

Build relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of tele-calling experience, preferably in the IT domain (IT services, software, web development, SaaS, apps, or related fields).

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Basic understanding of IT services (web development, app development, ERP, software solutions).

Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and disciplined.

Education :

Any graduate (Candidates with IT background preferred)
