Key Responsibilities :
Configuration : Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
Implementation : Assist in SAP FICO module implementation for both new and existing clients. Provide support during the design, testing, and deployment phases.
Business Process Analysis : Analyse and understand the financial processes of the organization and develop optimized solutions.
Support : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO post-implementation issues.
User Training : Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.
Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed documentation on configurations, customizations, and procedures.
Integration : Work with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of the SAP FICO system with other business processes.
Testing : Coordinate and perform testing of SAP FICO functionalities to ensure system integrity and business requirements are met.
Preferred Skills :
3 to 4 years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules and integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and HR.
Familiarity with key financial accounting processes FI, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and general ledger, parallel ledger accounting, document splitting.
Familiarity with key financial accounting processes CO, such cost centre accounting, profit centre accounting, internal order, budgeting, product cost planning, COPA.
Experience with SAP S / 4HANA is a plus.
Proficient in business process mapping and documentation.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
SAP FICO certification is preferred.
