Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist, located on-site in Kolkata. The Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and driving sales. Daily tasks include communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, and optimizing marketing campaigns to improve performance and achieve business goals.

• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
• Conduct audience segmentation and targeting (custom, lookalike, retargeting).
• Coordinate with creative teams for ad content and visuals.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
• Conduct A / B testing for creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
• Manage programmatic ads across display, video, and native platforms.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and dashboards.
• Implement and monitor conversion tracking and attribution.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform changes.
