Description : About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Project Coordinator - Design & Development to drive end-to-end design, planning, and execution of premium residential and commercial real estate projects.

The ideal candidate will bring strategic oversight, technical excellence, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-value developments that reflect innovation, precision, and superior design quality.

Key Project Leadership :

• Lead and manage the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases for multiple high-end real estate projects.
• Translate business objectives and brand vision into design and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with Directors and Heads of Departments to define project scope, milestones, budgets, and timelines.

Design Development & Technical Coordination :

Regulatory & Compliance Management :

Project Governance & Quality Assurance :

Stakeholder & Vendor Management :

Qualifications & Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management; Masters degree preferred.

Experience : 5-10 years in real estate design, development, or project management with a proven portfolio of mid-to-large scale developments.

Technical Proficiency :

Design tools : AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent BIM platforms.

Project management : MS Project, Primavera, or similar enterprise-grade tools.

Knowledge : In-depth understanding of urban development frameworks, zoning regulations, and contemporary construction Strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and advanced project governance
