Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Product Marketing to support the end-to-end marketing lifecycle of our key product categories, including smartphones, TVs, wearables, and smart home devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across product, sales, creative, media, and PR to build effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring Xiaomi's products are positioned to win in an intensely competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Planning : Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches across multiple categories.Consumer-Centric Positioning : Translate technical product features into clear, compelling consumer value propositions that resonate across segments.Creative Development : Brief internal and external creative teams, review campaign assets, and ensure alignment with the brand and product positioning.Campaign Management : Coordinate 360-degree campaigns across digital, retail, ATL, and influencer channels, ensuring consistent messaging and timely execution.Market & Competition Analysis : Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor products, marketing communication, and industry trends to inform positioning and messaging.Performance Tracking : Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness; support in deriving insights and optimizing future campaigns accordingly.Stakeholder Collaboration : Liaise with product teams, media agencies, e-commerce platforms, and PR to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.Qualifications & Experience
3-5 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or category management - preferably in consumer tech, FMCG, or e-commerce.Proven experience in managing product launches and integrated campaigns.Strong understanding of consumer insights, positioning frameworks, and marketing funnels.Ability to write and evaluate creative content that aligns with brand tone and product promise.Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
