About the role :
We're looking for a Program Manager to work directly with the CEO to drive execution across the organization. This is a high-impact role where you'll be the connective tissue ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks as we scale. You'll track multiple projects and initiatives across 10+ departments, ensuring timely follow-ups, consistent progress updates, and proactive escalation of delays.
This isn't a typical project management role—you'll need to get deeply involved, understand context quickly, and assist team members and managers wherever needed. Think of yourself as an execution partner who ensures accountability and follow-through, week after week, task by task.
What you'll do :
- Track cross-functional projects : Own the end-to-end tracking of multiple strategic initiatives across departments including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and International expansion
- Drive accountability : Ensure all team Trello boards are consistently updated, follow up on pending tasks, and flag delays proactively in weekly updates
- Be the execution engine : Conduct regular check-ins with department heads and team members to ensure commitments are being met and roadblocks are cleared
- Support strategic initiatives : Manage complex projects like international entity setup, template optimization programs, localization plans, and cross-team coordination efforts
- Share upstream updates : Keep leadership informed with concise, actionable updates on project status, risks, and dependencies
- Assist where needed : Jump into projects to support teams in getting things done—whether that's coordinating between stakeholders, gathering information, or troubleshooting blockers
- Improve execution hygiene : Identify patterns in what's slipping through the cracks and work with teams to build better processes
What we're looking for :
