KRA – 3D Visualizer Key Responsibilities :

Create high-quality 3D models & photorealistic renders for luxury residential architecture and interiors.

Convert conceptual sketches, mood boards, and parametric ideas into accurate visual outputs .

Collaborate closely with the design lead to refine concepts and support design development .

Deliver draft and final renders, walkthroughs, 360° views , and presentation-ready visuals.

Incorporate revisions quickly and maintain Nema’s visual and detailing standards .

Coordinate with CAD and architecture teams to ensure dimensionally correct visuals .

Support marketing and client presentations with render sheets, animations, and visuals .

Maintain a structured library of textures, materials, lighting setups, and furniture models .

Ensure timely delivery across multiple projects and provide daily work updates .

KPIs : Quality of renders, turnaround time, revision efficiency, design alignment, and contribution to client approvals.
