Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for all Recruitment related activities for Pan India OperationsCoordinating with different department heads for open positionsHeadhunting for Junior to Senior level profiles internally using online portal / referencesExperience in using platforms like LinkedIn / Naukri / Indeed to connect with potential candidatesDo online job posting & search for relevant profile using online job portalsMeeting, aligning & coordinating with local institutes / academies for hiring activitiesShortlisting & scrutinizing profiles. Screening candidate information as per the profile requirementCreate weekly / monthly reports on hiring status for all operational centersConduct first level telephonic interview of shortlisted candidates. Also coordinate subsequent rounds with the department headsConduct reference checks for all hired candidatesFollow up with the candidates till their joiningResponsible for end-to-end recruitment activitiesRequired Skill Set :
2-4 years of experience in handling hard core recruitment activitiesPreferably graduation in HRPrior experience of hiring sales & operations profiles.
