CarDekho Group Finance team is looking for an experienced
Finance Controllership
professional to manage month-end close, financial reporting, accounting governance, and internal controls. The role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting processes while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Strengthening working capital visibility and business-wise cash flow alignment
Ownership of accounting policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
Strong focus on risk assessment, internal control gaps, and remediation.
Ensuring regulatory compliance across MCA, taxes, audits, etc.
ERP governance and enhancements. Driving automation (RPA / workflows / dashboards) across finance processes.
Ensuring master data integrity across COA, vendor, customer, and assets
Controllership support for all businesses and new entity setups
Financial Controllership & Reporting : Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across India entities with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Prepare a comprehensive financial analysis for senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Lead financial reviews with business stakeholders, facilitating data-driven discussions on performance improvement and strategic initiatives.
Oversee GL accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L reviews.
Ensure strong governance of financial controls, documentation, and compliance.
Drive automation and process excellence across R2R operations.
Partner with Business Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and cross-functional teams for seamless workflows.
Support financial analysis, variance commentary, and decision-making insights.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
CA with 8–10 years of relevant Controllership / R2R experience.
Strong understanding of IND AS, financial reporting, and GL accounting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite) and reconciliation tools.
Strong command over Excel; dashboarding is preferred.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines.
