Role Overview :

We are hiring Technical QA Specialist who will serve as the technical gatekeepers of our courses. You will work end-to-end through each course slides, videos, quizzes and its labs to catch technical inaccuracies, validate lab design and question types, and calibrate difficulty to certification expectations—replicating and scaling the rigor used in our CKA-quality checks across all courses.

What you will do :

• Audit courses end-to-end for technical accuracy, version alignment (tools / CLIs / APIs), and relevance to certification blueprints.
• Execute all labs from a cold start; validate steps, hints / solutions, scoring / rubrics, environment readiness, cleanup, and time-to-complete.
• Verify question types, difficulty, and Bloom’s level alignment for lessons, quizzes, and labs.
• Create and maintain QA plans, checklists, and test cases; run smoke / regression tests on content updates.
• Perform negative and edge-case testing; document reproducible defects with severity, repro steps, and suggested fixes.
• Ensure style-guide adherence, accessibility basics, and localization readiness; perform link / dependency audits.
• Collaborate with the course creation team (Project Manager, Senior Trainers / SMEs, Designer, Video Editor, Labs Manager) to ship high-quality releases on schedule. [Teams and rituals aligned with pages 1–4]
• Participate in daily syncs, weekly reviews, and provide progress / blocker updates; maintain courses post-launch with updates and improvements.
• Contribute automation where feasible (linters, link checkers, CLI / version drift checks, lab validation scripts via CI). Use AI to assist where possible.
• Jump in and get your hands dirty if needed - for example build some labs / craft training if needed.
