Debt Investment Analyst

About the Role

We’re hiring a  Debt Investment Analyst  for one of our U.S. clients — a fast-growing investment firm managing a diversified credit portfolio. The role involves evaluating, structuring, and monitoring debt investments across private and public markets. You’ll work directly with the client’s investment team, providing analytical and research support across live deals and portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and underwrite new debt investment opportunities across industries and instruments.
• Build robust financial and credit models to assess company performance, cash flows, leverage, and repayment capacity.
• Conduct due diligence, including financial reviews, covenant analysis, and sector benchmarking.
• Draft clear, data-backed investment memos for the client’s investment committee.
• Track macroeconomic indicators and interest rate trends relevant to portfolio performance.
• Monitor existing investments and update reports on credit health, performance metrics, and risk exposure.
• Support deal documentation, legal coordination, and transaction closing processes.
