Role Purpose
The Wealth Specialist will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting investment and insurance solutions, and positioning Client First Wealth Management as their trusted financial partner. The role requires strong communication skills, client relationship-building ability, and a solid understanding of wealth and investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new clients across retail, emerging HNI, and HNI segments.
- Conduct client meetings to understand financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
- Promote and cross-sell financial products including, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Insurance, and Equity (Demat)-related products.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong engagement with existing clients for retention and upselling opportunities.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, networking events, and referral programs for lead generation.
- Ensure CRM (Bitrix24) hygiene with updated client interactions, follow-up schedules, and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure all documentation, compliance, and operational processes are followed accurately.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new clients acquired.Revenue generated from new and existing clients.Lead-to-conversion ratio.Repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling contributions.CRM hygiene and process adherence.Required Skills
Strong understanding of financial products : MFs, PMS, AIFs, Insurance, Bonds, and Equities (Demat).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Relationship-oriented mindset with strong client engagement skills.Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined approach to sales.Ability to understand client needs and design suitable financial solutions.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Qualification & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA / PGDM in Finance / Marketing preferred).1–3 years of experience in wealth management, financial sales, BFSI, or investment product distribution.NISM certifications (10A / 12) or IRDAI license will be considered an added advantage.Experience with Insurance Brokers, AMCs, Banks, or Broking Firms will be an added advantage.Strong network in retail or HNI markets is preferred.
